The day of the delivery the drivers said I was not home and I was home all day! It was not even the end of the delivery window and when Customer Service called to reschedule and see if they could have drivers come back the drivers were released. Bob's tried to do a next day and see if they could fit me in. I received a call later that evening and was told they could not fit me in and deliver my furniture. I asked for a supervisor to call me. No one called. I called back yesterday morning to ask if I could get my furniture the next day. They put in a request for today, Friday and someone would call to confirm if they could!
